About AIR Performance

Helping athletes return to sport with confidence — not guesswork

Why I Do This

I kept seeing athletes get cleared to return to sport — but not actually ready.

They’d finish rehab, check the boxes, and still feel weak, hesitant, or not like themselves when it was time to cut, sprint, or compete.

A lot of them were putting in the work, but something was still missing.

That’s where the frustration sets in.

Because it’s not just about being pain-free, it’s about trusting your body again.

Most rehab doesn’t fully prepare athletes for the actual demands of their sport.

So they get cleared… but don’t feel ready.

That’s the gap I focus on.

I help athletes rebuild their strength, power, and confidence so when they go back, they’re not second-guessing every movement, they feel like themselves again.

Background

I have a background in both physical therapy and strength and conditioning, working closely with athletes — especially those returning from ACL injuries.

I’ve spent years performing return-to-sport testing and helping athletes bridge the gap between rehab and real performance.

Certifications and training include:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • ACL Athlete Certification

  • Clinical Athlete Certification

My focus is making sure athletes aren’t just cleared — they’re actually ready for the demands of their sport.

What makes this different

Most athletes are cleared to return to sport based on time or basic movement — not whether they’re actually ready for the demands of their sport.

That’s why so many still feel off when they go back.

This is different.

Everything is built around what your athlete actually needs.

We use objective testing to see exactly where they’re at, then build a plan to close the gap between rehab and real performance.

So they’re not just cleared — they’re prepared.
